Our method
A structured review that keeps evidence, context, and judgement together.
The diagnostic brings multiple forms of evidence into one coherent review. It is designed to surface intervention-ready priorities while being honest about uncertainty and limitations.
Six lenses
How evidence becomes an integrated view
Each stage contributes a different perspective. No single response, number, or historical comparison determines the outcome.
Structured founder assessment
A guided review captures company context, strategic assumptions, commercial evidence, operations, governance, and founder reflections.
Financial history review
Funding, investors, acquisitions, current position, and data quality are examined without treating missing values as reassuring.
Supporting evidence
Relevant documents can provide context for founder responses and help reviewers distinguish evidence from assumption.
Historical context
Where sufficiently comparable and legally permitted, anonymised aggregate patterns provide context—not a forecast.
Integrated interpretation
Founder, financial, document, and benchmark evidence are considered together for convergence, divergence, and uncertainty.
Human review
A reviewer inspects every finding and recommendation; a senior reviewer must approve the report before release.
What the method does not do
It does not calculate a probability of failure, guarantee an outcome, provide investment advice, or replace legal, accounting, or financial professionals. It is structured decision support for areas that warrant review.
