At Pre-Mortem Insights, he leads the research framework and diagnostic methodology, transforming lessons from past startup failures into structured, practical insights for founders and accelerator programmes.

René brings extensive international consulting experience in strategy, digital transformation, data governance and change management. Drawing on a career spanning scientific research, education and senior consulting roles at KPMG and IQVIA, he helps translate complex evidence into clear, practical business action. At Pre-Mortem Insights, René supports diagnostic review, client engagement and the development of recommendations that founders and programme leaders can confidently act upon.

Danielle brings more than a decade of experience in education, programme coordination and stakeholder support in South Korea. Her work spans recruitment, documentation, training, resource development and the coordination of services across a provincial education system. With master’s degrees in Psychology and Education, Danielle combines strong organisational skills with a thoughtful, people-centred approach. At Pre-Mortem Insights, she oversees client onboarding, workflow coordination and documentation, helping ensure that each diagnostic progresses smoothly from initial assessment through to final report delivery.
